EDIT: I've been contacted by some very sweet members of the local trans community who want to help Heidi. She's going to a temporary home for a couple weeks and then someone in the team will take her home with them. I'll be sure that we communicate and that she's doing well. They'll come to pick her up from the airport in a couple hours.
Yes, there are transport companies, but they are INSANE expensive; The alternative is booking another flights, which I can't do because I'm out of money.
